Job Description:

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You'll need to handle customer's complaints or issues in a professional way to address their concern to satisfy them.

Position Requirements:

· High school diploma or higher, associate or college degree is highly preferred.

· Two years of customer service experience preferred
